Fit Camps are small group personal training sessions designed to help you break your exercise plateau. Each Fit camp has a different focus and are offered in rotation throughout the year. All Fit Camps are limited to 12 people maximum, and are fee based.

BOOT CAMP

Atten-shum! Time to exercise! Intense and challenging, this fast-paced cardio and plyometric exercise program will help you burn fat away. Callisthenics, weights and drills will turn you into a "leam, mean, FIT machine."

CORE RESULTS

A low-impact program designed to strengthen, tone, and tighten your core. Lose body fat and improve your mid-section while develooping long, lean muscles. Special emphasis on stretching, flexibility and balance makes this camp a must for injury prevention.

BUTT CAMP

Build a beautylicious booty! Life, tighten and firm your assets. Look good in any clothes. This class is a "melt-down."

HARDCORE HARDBODY

Are you up to the challenge? Find new ways to get HARD - hardcore strength, agility, power and stamina. Great for ATHLETES!
