Group Classes: Do It In A Group!
Exercising with a group and following a leader gives you the benefits of working harder and longer with a clearer focus than if done individually. We have 2 separate multi-use group exercise rooms: 1,700 sq ft (GX1), and 1,450 sq ft (GX2). We also have a separate 600 sq ft Spinning Room. Among the classes we offer are:
Group Step
Discover new heights with Group Step! Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body, one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience.
Group Power
Group Power is a non-traditional group activity. It is a total body strenghening class using mini barbells in a style that mimics what you can perform on regular strength machines. This exciting new class makes it fun to pump iron with your friends.

Power Yoga
Yoga provides many physical and mental benefits, including improved physical fitness, mental clarity, stress control and general well-being. Yoga also increases strength by toning the muscles. Each class is designed to build the student’s strength and flexibility and inspire peace and tranquility. Yoga class is a place and time to concentrate on yourself, to workout, relax, breathe, and feel all sensations in your body and let go of tension.
Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic musical rhythms and tantalising moves to create a dynamic workout system designed to be FUN and EASY TO DO!
Indoor Cycling
Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our Indoor Cycling program. Indoor Cycling is an aerobic exercise that is performed to music on specially designed stationary bikes. This concept was created Johnny G, a world-class bicyclist, first as a method of training for races, and later bacame an overall fitness program for anyone, gaining enormous popularity. Indoor Cycling is also an excellent calorie burner, using about 600 calories in an hour.
