Group Exercise Classes
• Classes are fun and exciting
• No sign-up required; first come, first served
• 60-minute classes unless noted
• Strength classes: Group Power, Group Core (30 minutes)
• Cardio classes: Group Blast, Group Kick, Zumba
• Cycling classes: Group Ride, R30 (30 minutes)
• Flexibility classes: Yoga, Group Centergy (yoga+ Pilates)
